Meet Ms. Annie

Family Literacy Center

Ms. Annie Francioni

I was born and raised in New Orleans. I graduated from the University of New Orleans with a BA in Drama/Communication, and then an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education. I am certified to teach Pre-K and K with the state of Louisiana. I have taught in both the public and private sectors in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. I began teaching in St. Charles Parish at St. Rose Elementary in 2021 as a Reading Interventionist. I am now a Family Literacy Teacher for St. Charles Parish and I service Norco Elementary School and Mimosa Park Elementary. I love being a teacher and working with families to create successful opportunities for learning!
